I've had these tires on my 2013 Dart for almost five months now and they've been great. They handle well in rain or shine, they're quiet, and the treadwear has been exactly as expected.
Delinte always makes great tires,good bang for the buck type tire. On Road and Track preformed great. They are made in a smart factory overseas and in Alabama I believe there maybe more factory's in the USA. They are Landsail Brand as well they are a big company don't let the name brand scare you they are equal or better then most name brand tires. If you are looking for more just USA tires then I recommend cooper tire and Mastercraft there the same brand. I only use Delinte and Cooper tire both make great tires for a great price give them a try.
Work much better than previously using all seasons on a turbocharged fwd, getting going is less of a headache now. I don't get stuck on hills anymore so that's great! If you are picky about a little extra noise from your tires then it would be best to look at a more expensive winter tire, but for the cheaper price these do the job just fine! Love them so far!
