I purchased these tire back in March but I didn't put them on until October 1st. They are quiet and the grip is strong even in heavy rain. I recommend them to anyone!

To really get the most out of the performance potential for a sporty sedan, hatchback, or coupe, you probably ought to consider summer or ultra-high-performance (UHP) tires. UHP tires incorporate a specialized rubber compound that’s softer and stickier for better adhesion to the pavement, with certain design features that are aimed at enhanced cornering ability and shorter braking distances.
With a good set of UHP tires, you don’t have to sacrifice ride quality, wet-weather performance, low noise and decent tread life to get the kind of sharp, responsive performance you’re looking for. That’s where the Sailun Atrezzo SVA1 comes in – this is a tire that’s capable and confident when it comes to carving up an onramp or a twisty mountain road, but also equally in its element for day-to-day commuting duties or long trips on the interstate.
So what is it about the tire that makes it such a good choice? Let’s go in for a closer look with this Sailun Atrezzo SVA1 review.
Features and Benefits
There’s plenty to like about the Sailun Atrezzo SVA1:
- Asymmetric tread pattern with deep circumferential and angled grooves that channel water away from the tire’s contact patch and avoid hydroplaning in wet weather
- Specialized, advanced rubber formulation for performance and a longer tread life
- Solid center rib enhances straight-line stability at highway speed as well as steering response
- Unique wavy groove design helps cancel frequencies to keep road noise low
- Wide shoulder blocks provide the rigidity you need for confident cornering ability
- 40,000 mile limited manufacturer tread life warranty
- Tread pitch is randomized and computer tuned to keep highway noise to a minimum
Pros and Cons
So, is this Sailun tire the right choice for your ride and budget? Before you decide, let’s take a look at the tire’s strengths and weaknesses:
PROS:
- Solid all-season performance
- Generous warranty coverage
- Comfortable ride quality
CONS:
- Should not be used in moderate to severe winter weather conditions
- Can be noisy on some pavement surfaces
- Not the most fuel efficient tire
SimpleTire’s view on Sailun Atrezzo SVA1 tires
The Sailun Atrezzo SVA1 is proof that you don’t have to spend a ton of money to get ultra-high-performance (UHP) levels of braking, steering response, steering feedback, and cornering ability for your sporty coupe, sedan, or hatchback.
We’re impressed with the 40,000 mile warranty on this tire, especially considering its price point and the fact that many UHP tires don’t have a tread life mileage warranty at all. We also like the fact that while this tire delivers UHP performance, it can be used year-round – the softer tread compound of many UHP and summer tires means that they will stiffen up and lose traction in colder weather and should not be used if temperatures are below 45 degrees F. Not so with the Sailun Atrezzo SVA1; this is more of an all-season performance tire design. Wet-weather traction is dependable and consistent, cornering is reliable even when pushed to the limit and steering response is sharp and immediate without being overly touchy and jumpy.
We should mention that some reviewers note that the Sailun Atrezzo SVA1 is noisy over irregular pavement surfaces or grooves, and it’s not a great tire for heavier snow (most all-season tires aren’t, after all). That said, we feel that the Sailun Atrezzo SVA1 is a great value for drivers who like spirited, enthusiastic driving but don’t want to clean out their bank accounts to get there.

I have these tires on my Pontiac Solstice. These tires handle fantastic. It is like they are glued to the road. I have 17K on them now. They can go to at least 20K.
These should not be rated All Season!!! The are the worst tires I've ever had in snow. I had to buy new tires! Never again. I do not recommend these at all. I live in MN and always buy All Season but these are not even though that's how they are rated!
For the money you can't go wrong.
Great tires and great service from Simple Tire!
Nice quiet ride. The reasonable price makes the tire a total surprise. When the need arises, I will look for these again. Note: I had to supply ratings for Wet, Winter and Tread Life. I don't drive the vehicle in the rain or snow, and the tire is new, so tread life is not yet determined. Defaulted to 5 Star so the rating stays high.
great tires. very happy with my purchase. Fast shipping and great pricing. recommend 100 percent.
These tires were not my first choice, my first set came on the car from the dealer. However, when an alignment problem destroyed the front ones, I chose to replace them with the same model so all 4 tires on the car match. I've been pleasantly surprised. Since the car's been aligned, these tires have been good-handling, with just enough road feel. Cornering is good too!
Absolutely love them. Will be a repeat customer.
