Good pregorming tire but not if you use for work. First set lasted 4 months and within 3 weeks of first one all 4 separated. Now in past week I have had 2 of this set seperate causing shake bad enough about cant drive. Still plenty of tread but does not do any good with bulges in tire shaking truck to pieces. DO NOT BUY if you intend to pull trailers or haul loads they wont last
I just bought these tires a month ago and I am experiencing hydroplaning on slush not very happy the ride seems to be okay haven't had a chance to drive in rain.
I have had these tires for a couple months a regret buying them. I have had them balanced 3 times and they still have a slight shake between 45 and 55. We also got snow here and they handled really poorly with any wet surface. Would never buy again.
I have had a set of these Nitto Crosstek tires on my 2012 Toyota Tacoma for 3 years. I currently have put 102,000 miles on these set of tires pushing them to their limit and they still have tread. I would not recommend doing this because the are pretty bad in the rain, but this is the 1st time I have ever had a set of tires that I have rotated every 3 to 4,000 miles. This has made me a Nitto customer for life.
I have had these on my truck for 4 years and 52k miles. The traction is good on most surfaces. Most of my driving is on the pavement but I do go up to the North Georgia mountains from time to time. I never had a puncture. The tires were pretty quiet until about 3000 miles ago. Now that the tread is low they have become quite noisy.
These are the best tires I have ever owned. They are amazing for the price and lasted will over 50k. In that time they never needed air even when it was very cold out. I had to trade the vehicle in but they were still in good shape. I will seek these tires out again when my Silverado is due
2009 Ford F150 SuperCrew 4X4. The Nitto Crossteks have served me very well. Here in Missouri we have had a couple of very deep snows including one that was 22" . These tires have always pulled me through. They are quiet, on the highway and do not pull either direction. They have always balanced with minimum weights. I have been careful to keep them balanced and rotated as needed and checked the air pressure often. I traded that truck in about a month ago and found that the tires still had about 7/32nd" of tread left. I just went to the tire store and arranged for another set of Crossteks to be installed on my new truck. I am confident that the new ones will serve me as well as the previous set.
Looked good, quiet on the highway. The first turn that I took felt like the back end was slewing around. I think a less experienced driver would have been in trouble.
