Milestar Patagonia X/T tires are Three Peak Mountain Snowflake Certified, which means they can be driven in conditions ranging from moderate to severe snow. Deeper voids help to pass through deep snow and mud, which is useful for cold and rainy areas. Massive stone ejectors are present in the inner and outer ribs to remove stones and debris from the tire’s contact patch, thereby preventing sidewall damage. Extra biting edges all around the ribs help gain more traction in snow and mud. In a similar manner, elaborate siping is responsible for excellent water dispersion. A three-ply structure ensures that the tires are super strong, enabling them to sport a load index of 2,833 pounds.
An open-shoulder tread design in this Milestar tire is responsible for great traction on all types of surfaces. When in the market, you’ll find it to be much cheaper than the Nitto Ridge Grappler. This tire also looks good while offering several features for light truck and SUV users. Although some tires of the same load range can be difficult to mount, Milestar Patagonia X/T is fairly straightforward. You will love the fact that warranty-related information is mentioned very clearly on the Milestar website.
Some of the vehicles where Milestar Patagonia X/T is a good fit include Ford F-250 Super Duty, GMC Sierra 1500, Ford F-350 Super Duty, Toyota Tundra, RAM 1500, Jeep Wrangler, Ford Bronco. These tires can often be bought at a price which is significantly lesser than the competitors. I have had a set on my GMC 2500HD for 30,000 miles. Treadwear is great (make sure to rotate them regularly). Surprisingly very quiet, and smooth ride for a 10 ply tire. They do good in the rain, just not when it first starts to rain. Winter is very good ( could use more siping ).
Good tire but had to remove the Ballance beads and go with weight on the rim.
Very good tires. Will say if you get these tires be sure to get bead balance so it is a smoother ride.
My only complaint is these tires like to hold on to rocks until higher speeds so you're going to get paint chips. But it's part of the type of tire no ones fault buy my own. They handle towing a 28 foot travel trailer no problem
I've only been running the Patagonia's for about 1500 miles so far, but they've been great so far. I previously had 35x12.50R20 Nankang AT-5's on my F350 and absolutely loved them. I got almost 70,000 miles out of them, before replacing them. I was looking for a tire with a more aggressive tread without going to a Mud Terrain. I really liked the look of the Patagonia's and once I found out that Milestar was made by Nankang I was sold. Even with the more aggressive tread design they are extremely quiet and have a very smooth ride. I'm hoping that I get a long tire life as well. I highly recommend the Patagonias .

Had these tires on for about a month already been in the snow and rain. They seem to grip great and based on other milestar tires I have run I suspect they will wear great.
Installed these tires on my 2019 Ram 1500 to replace the stock Bridgestone garbage tires that came on the truck. My first impression was that they were awful in the rain but after about 500 miles, the tires got better on wet roads. They perform well in dirt and mud and very good on dry pavement. I think the hard compound will wear quickly but they are priced right.
Roll very quiet and smoothly even for a 37" tire. Even in a load range F tire the ride comfort is good and not to stiff. Haven't driven in raind or off road so I can't comment on those aspects, but so far they have proven to be a good buy.
I have had the Milestar Patagonia XT 37/12.50/20 on my 2008 Toyota Tundra for a year now. They are extremely quite, rude smooth, wearing evenly and handle great. I have cannot comment on winter weather since we haven't had anything here. I have been very impressed all the way around with these tires.
