I bought these in a 285/70/17 size for my F150. These are the 1st LT tires I have ever ran and was seriously worried about having a lumber wagon feeling, but wanted the extra load carrying support. To my surprise, and supported by the other reviewers complaint, these are a "soft" riding tire. I run them with only 35 psi and when I tow/haul heavy I pump 'em up along with the air bags. They offer considerably more support than P rated tires, cost just a marginal hit in fuel efficiency and are actually MORE comfortable than the P rated tires. I have since started outfitting the work fleet with them after my personal experience.

- Quiet ride: Though many people may not expect it, this tire can deliver a surprisingly quiet ride due to its staggered middle tread block.
- Can carry heavy loads: These tires have been constructed for a high load index, which means that they do not lose shape while being subjected to immense pressure.

I can't accurately answer the above rating questions because they have such a soft sidewall they make my truck feel like it's riding on a water balloon! I haven't felt comfortable driving the truck since I put them on, and because there are no visual defects, they were installed, and I am the installer, I'm having quite a time getting anything done about it! Not the experience I was hoping for...
