I have these in 245/45-18. On my car, they make a constant moan/ring sound and, when slowing down, sound similar to off-road tires. They aren't overall loud, but they make weird constant noise. On top of this, they flat spot overnight... every night. A tire flat spotting in this day and age overnight isn't good. The grip is good in the dry and wet but the noise and flat spotting would force me to never buy these again. I sadly missed the guarantee return window because it took so long for me to get my new wheels, so now I'm stuck with them.

SimpleTire’s view on Falken Ziex ZE960 A/S tires
At SimpleTire, we’re big fans of tires like the Falken Ziex ZE960 A/S. We think of this tire as a do-all solution for a lot of drivers, a lot of vehicles and a lot of situations. It may not deliver the precise handling and braking traction of a summer or ultra-high-performance tire, but it more than makes up for that with great road manners, a quiet, comfortable ride and long tread life with a generous warranty. Best of all, the Falken Ziex ZE960 A/S is more affordable than much of the competition, but punches way above its weight class when it comes to price vs. performance. All in all, a great value for sedans, coupes, minivans, and crossovers.
Vehicles the Falken Ziex ZE960 A/S is a good replacement tire for
While not used as original equipment on any vehicle, the Ziex ZE960 A/S is ideal for year-round use. If you drive an Audi A4, Buick LaCrosse, Chevrolet Cruze, Dodge Grand Caravan, Ford Fusion, Honda Accord, Hyundai Sonata, Kia Forte, Nissan Altima, Toyota Avalon, or Volkswagen Passat then the Ziex ZE960 A/S should be a great fit for your ride.

10 SimpleTire reviews
The tires are awesome, ride nice, very smooth and grip the road really well, both dry and wet conditions. Only have had them on my Toyota Corolla S for 5,000 miles so far, but a great feel and ride. Thank you.
So much quieter and softer than the run flats!
These are a MASSIVE improvement over the Uniroyal TigerPaw GTZ2's previously purchased. At freeway speeds during heavy rain, i've never felt any slipping at 80mph. They are much quieter than expected - even better than factory tires (on a Mazda 3s-GT that saying something considering the general road noise they suffer from). Dry grip is incredible and off-the-line starting in Sport mode is much quicker. Haven't had them long enough to comment on snow/ice.
The Falken Ziex tires are great in all weather condition and I have had no issues with slippage in winter weather. I buy Falken for all of my vehicles and have been very happy with their performance.
I started using Falken tires a few years back for my pickup truck, and loved them. So when my car was due for tires I went with Falken. This all season tire is awesome, the ride comfort is great. The tire grip the road well city, interstate, wet and dry. It is a jack of all trades but a master of non, but better than being a master of one. I fell confident in driving in snow and ice, (no need to tip toe around) and very confident in rain on the interstate. I have about 10000mi on my Falkens with proper inflation and vehicle maintenance, I have noticed even wear and no chopping or gouging.
Currently fitting these on an Alfa Romeo Giulia, and I'm quite impressed with their tenacity. Overall bang-for-buck tire, showing excellent grip and stability during tight canyon runs, wet roads, cold and hot tarmac. Would recommend absolutely for anyone who wants tire performance that's in league with Michelin/Pirelli but can't afford the label.
I've used Falcons for years. Absolutely the best in the rain and absolutely no complaints in snow or ice!
Just put these on my son's TSX. Unbelievable improvement over the Nittos that came off. Ride is so much smoother. Dry grip is outstanding. The car feels worlds more stable in the curves. Haven't really had much rain and no snow yet. Hoping these will serve well during inclement weather. Only a couple thousand miles, but very pleased thus far.
